Site Location & Acquisition: Identify and secure optimal locations for new restaurant openings.
Business Strategy & Planning: Develop strategies to grow the franchise network and explore new opportunities.
Sales Management: Drive sales through new and existing channels, managing key accounts.
New Business Opportunities: Secure partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach.
Negotiations & Relationships: Lead negotiations with franchisees and stakeholders to finalize agreements.
Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Requirements
Proven success in business development, sales, and negotiation
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
