| Responsibilities People Management Promote a safety culture and enforce health & safety standards Manage staffing levels, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Health & Safety Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety protocols Investigate and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions Performance & Quality Meet production targets and reduce downtime Ensure compliance with Global Manufacturing & Quality Standards Address technical issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints Cost Control & Maintenance Manage budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions Work with engineering to ensure maintenance and cleaning standards Administration Manage IT, ERP (Syspro), and reporting systems to enhance efficiency |
